The Check Point Borehole Project is a SAN Humanity Foundation initiative aimed at improving access to safe and reliable water for the local community.

The first important stage of the project has already been completed. A professional site survey has been carried out to assess the location and support the planning of the proposed borehole. The cost of this initial survey was personally funded by SAN Humanity Foundation founder, Sanusi Ibrahim, demonstrating our commitment to getting the project started while fundraising efforts continue.

Where We Are Now

With the survey completed, the project has moved into the fundraising stage. We are now seeking donations and support to raise the funds required to proceed with the borehole construction and associated water infrastructure.

Funds raised will help towards the costs of the borehole project, including drilling and casing, construction materials, water storage, installation, skilled labour and other essential project requirements.

Why This Project Matters

Access to clean water is a basic necessity, yet many communities continue to face difficulties obtaining safe and reliable water close to their homes.

The Check Point Borehole Project is intended to provide a more accessible and sustainable source of water for the community, helping reduce the distance people need to travel in search of water and reducing their reliance on potentially unsafe water sources.
